**Personal assistant for TK-M-1**

As Team assistant you will be responsible for steering of events, workshops, forums for logistics area, agenda management for logistics meetings, time account management for the logistics team and creation of shopping carts.

Furthermore, you will be planning of business trips and communication with suppliers, service providers and internal process partners.

**You should have:**

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Executive assistant, or any related field.
* Advanced fluent English.
* 2+ years of experience in business administration or administrative assistant positions.
* Proficiency with IT applications such as MS Office.
* Proficiency with SAP SRM and SAP Concur.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Joy to work with people and work in a team.
* Proactiveness and persistence.
