If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We' re currently in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our Media Partnerships team in Salzburg.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless exchange of information between our team and internal stakeholders. You'll take the reins in managing our B2B distribution platform, "Red Bull Screening Room", overseeing the live content delivery process, and closely monitoring country projects to ensure everything runs smoothly.

But that's not all - you'll also have the exciting responsibility of crafting persuasive sales pitch decks and presentation materials. These materials will be instrumental in supporting our content distribution efforts and fostering valuable partnerships with FAST platforms. This is an initial two-year temporary position that promises a wealth of opportunities for growth and impact.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will collaborate closely with the Global Media Partnerships team to develop and execute strategic plans for promoting content distributed to broadcasters, streamers, FAST channels, and carriage deals. If you have a passion for marketing strategy and content distribution, this role might be perfect for you.
* In this role, you'll ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information between our team and internal stakeholders. You'll attend meetings with networks for both live and non-live content to stay updated on content requirements and distribution plans. Monitoring country projects and coordinating effective communication channels will also be part of your responsibilities.
* Do you have a knack for keeping things organized? You'll be responsible for maintaining and stocking our B2B distribution platform, Red Bull Screening Room, with the latest content and updates. Ensuring seamless access to authorized users for content screening is essential.
* Organization is key in this role. You'll organize and maintain team folders, ensuring materials are easily accessible and up to date. Additionally, archiving incoming materials for future reference and record-keeping will be part of your daily tasks.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks is crucial. You'll provide assistance in organizing team travel, handling partner gifts, and setting up IT equipment for new colleagues.
* You'll oversee and manage the delivery of live content through satellite and SRT technologies, ensuring the timely and successful distribution of live events.
* You'll provide support and assistance for various administrative tasks, including organizing team travel, handling partner gifts, and setting up IT equipment for new colleagues.
* Creativity meets strategy in this role. You'll create compelling sales pitch decks for both internal and external stakeholders to support content distribution efforts. Tailoring these pitch decks to align with specific audience needs and objectives will be your forte.

* Familiarity with B2B distribution platforms and content tracking systems is a plus
* Fluent in English, any other language would be a plus
