## Senior Business Controller

##### Mission

As a Senior Controller, you will contribute to the financial well-being of the organization by providing financial guidance, maintaining financial discipline, and facilitating data-driven decision-making across various departments.

##### Main responsibilities

Financial and business planning:
* Managing the annual budgets and forecasts in terms of Opex, Capex, cash flow and various financial KPI's. Working closely with all department and key owners of the business.
* You will analyse possible risks and sensitivities and make suggestions for solutions with focus on business profitability

Reporting and analysis:
* Monthly reporting of actuals
* Creating various ad hoc financial reports and analyses requested by the business
* Analyse and explain the monthly variances from forecasts, budgets and other financial reporting
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations for business meetings and/ or for the board of directors.
* Oversee cash flow management
* Create a corporate culture based on effective and proactive reporting and strong digitalization.

Financial processes:
* Ensure that all financial data & processes is in compliance with the corporate accounting processes
* Review existing financial processes and suggest improvement / standardization
* Ensure that the financial processes are of high quality

Business support:
* Financial business partner of the various operational departments
* Active participation in the development of new business units and undertake the financial monitoring by providing suggestions.
* Drawing up business cases, performing financial checks and integrating and monitoring new projects
* Manage transversal projects by understanding completely the business and after proposing improvements.
* Spend the necessary time with partners (customers and suppliers) to perfectly master the company's business and understand its challenges.

People
* You report directly to the CFO, working together with the Accounting and Credit Department and operational departments
* You will supervise and ensure the development of one Junior Business Controller

##### Your profile

* University degree with a financial background or an equivalent
* Around 10 years of experience in finance as a Controller
* Detail-oriented mindset and analytical thinking
* Experience with Business Intelligence (BI Tool)
* Fluent in French and English.
* You are business minder and are used to work with transversal projects
* Business finance and compliance expertise, but also finance @ IT processes.
* Strong interest in management and ERP systems and process digitalization.
* You are able to work in a fast growing company
* B to B to C experience is an advantage
* You are rigorous, structuring, anticipative, mature.
* Your flexibility and communication skills allow you to convince and influence.
