**Team Assistant for Assembly**

As a Team Assistant for Assembly you will be responsible for supporting daily tasks such as: providing direct administrative assistance to Vice President and Director, supporting budget steering for food and beverages in Assembly, developing of current reports for different management including collection of data and information from different areas, preparing and managing meetings, agendas, workshops and time schedules, steering open topics and coordinating business trips and travel cost reimbursement.
This position requires the implementation and improving operational processes plus managing projects in the Plant.

**You Should have:**

- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business administration or administrative assistant positions.
- Excellent skills using MS-Office applications and SAP.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent business English.
