Revenue Manager

# Revenue Manager:in (Vollzeit/Teilzeit)

**your tasks**

* Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement revenue management strategies, aligned with market demand and competitive positioning. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to optimize revenue opportunities.
* Pricing and Inventory Management: Set optimal pricing strategies for different market segments and room types, taking into account demand fluctuations, seasonal patterns, and events. Monitor and adjust room inventory allocations to maximize revenue potential and minimize distribution costs.
* Distribution Channel Management: Oversee the distribution strategy and manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and other distribution channels. Optimize channel mix, negotiate agreements, and implement distribution initiatives to drive direct bookings and reduce reliance on third-party channels.
* Revenue Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including average daily rate (ADR), occupancy, and revenue per available room (RevPAR), using revenue management systems and data analytics tools. Generate regular reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical data, market trends, and demand forecasting tools to predict future demand patterns and optimize inventory availability and pricing strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align promotions and packages with demand projections.
* Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark pricing, positioning, and product offerings of competing luxury hotels. Identify market trends, demand patterns, and opportunities for differentiation to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborative Relationships: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, e-commerce, communications and operations teams to ensure revenue strategies are aligned with overall business objectives. Provide guidance and support to maximize revenue potential from group bookings, events, and ancillary revenue sources.

Training and Development: Train and educate hotel staff on revenue management concepts, tools, and best practices. Foster a revenue-focused culture throughout the cluster, promoting cross-departmental collaboration and knowledge-sharing

**your profil**

* Proven experience in revenue management within the luxury hotel industry, preferably in a cluster or multi-property environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* In-depth knowledge of revenue management concepts, techniques, and systems (PMS: Opera, RMS: PACE Revenue, CRS: SynXIS, Rateshopper: OTA Insight)
* Proficiency in revenue management software and data analytics tools.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive revenue optimization.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative revenue strategies.
* Detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English. Additional languages such as German are a plus
