# Unit Head Recruiting & Employee Development

* Klosterneuburg (Vienna), Austria / Home Office possible
*€ 5,000* All-In gross/month

### Your Responsibilities

Human Resources at ISTA supports supervisors and employees by providing professional HR management and service-oriented consulting in all areas of Human Resources. Due to the growth and further development of ISTA, we are establishing an additional leadership role, taking over the responsibility for managing the employee lifecycle within Admin/SSU to attract, develop and retain employees by effective employer branding, recruiting, onboarding, development and retention measures.
* Lead, manage and further develop a team of HR professionals
* Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to promote ISTA as an attractive employer for Admin/SSU
* Continuously develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates and top talent for Admin/SSU
* Identify and assess training and development needs for employees at all levels and develop and implement development programs accordingly
* Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires or re-entries within Admin/SSU (incl. mentoring programs)
* Serve as a sparring partner for supervisors in regard to personnel planning, succession planning, team dynamics and development
* Constant evaluation and further development of competitive compensation and benefits policies and measures to attract and retain skilled employees and top talents
* Streamline recruiting, onboarding and development processes to provide a flawless experience for candidates and employees
* Implement relevant KPIs to be able to identify trends and areas of improvement
* Support in the continuous development of leadership & organizational culture, identifying and implementing effective measures
* Provide dual-career support for defined employee groups across the Institute and develop competitive policies

### Your Profile

* University degree or further education with focus on HR Management
* Long-term professional experience in recruiting, employee development & retention as well as organisational development
* Track record in delivering successful HR projects and supporting major organisational changes
* Experience in and commitment to continuous organisational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent
* High conceptual skills and a proactive personality to further develop HR programs and processes
* Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, team) deadlines
* Service oriented approach towards the support of supervisors
* Strong coaching/mentoring and excellent communication skills
* High level of self-motivation, enthusiasm combined with a solution- and results-focused approach
