The department is responsible for the preparation of the consolidated financial reporting and group accounting methodology of Erste Group. Recently, we took over the responsibility for the consolidated non-financial report and the transition of the sustainability reporting to the CSRD requirements. We are committed to sustaining and developing the excellent quality of our reports as well as to constantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. This requires an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements as well as an innovative and digital mindset. Your Tasks

Establishing an efficient process for compiling the consolidated sustainability report

Coordinating the production of the sustainability report with all involved stakeholders

Assuring completeness and a high quality of information published

Streamlining the communication regarding the sustainability report with the auditors
