# Internship - Digital Transformation (m/f/d)

As a Digital Transformation Intern, you will collaborate with our IT & Business Applications team on automizing processes, analyzing new tools, and conducting business analysis to drive efficiency and innovation within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

## Your Tasks

* Conduct research and analysis on emerging digital tools and technologies relevant to our industry
* Evaluate and assess the suitability of new and existing tools for our organization's needs
* Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
* Create documentation and provide training to end-users on how to effectively utilize automated processes and new tools
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points, and propose digital solutions

## Your Profile

* Currently studying and aiming for some work experience
* Strong interest in digital transformation, process automation, tool analysis, and business analysis
* Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and assess the suitability of new tools and technologies
* Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
* German is a plus, but not necessarily required

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 1900.- gross per month. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
