# Specialist quality steering painted body (f/m/x)

As a specialist quality steering painted body (f/m/x) you will be joining our quality team and be in the driver seat for solving quality issues and the structured problem management process (PMP) in either the press shop, body shop or paint shop in our new plant Debrecen in vehicle launch and series production.

You will work closely in collaboration with the production, technical planning, vehicle R&D and project functions to ensure the highest standards of quality.

* Responsibility for driving the problem management process within the painted body organization.
* Working in a highly motivated and diverse team to consolidate and coordinate overarching quality topics in order to ensure a timely and sustainable solution.
* Leadership of relevant circles to drive quality topics within the organization.
* Participate topic driven in plant quality circles and report to higher level management.
* Collaboration within international BMW Group quality network via relevant working circles.
* Tailored qualification program within the BMW network for up to one year.

**What should you bring along?**

* Degree in technical field, e.g. quality management, industrial engineering, or related field of study or other equal professional qualification.
* Professional experience in production or quality management.
* Background in one or more of the following fields: metal stamping/ press shop; joining technologies, metrology, geometry assurance /body shop; corrosion protection, painted surfaces, chemical processes/ paint shop.
* Interest for the automotive production system and it's processes, especially press shop, body shop and paint shop.
* Experience and interest in automotive manufacturing and quality management, like problem solving tools, quality methods, reporting, ISO 9001 ect.
* Good communication, resilience, teamwork, problem solving skills.
* English and Hungarian knowledge in both written and verbal. German would be an advantage.
* Willingness to travel during an initial qualification period withing the BMW network of 6 month up to one year.
