**Do you want to join a international team and help us spreading wings of our media colleagues around the globe?**

Our internal communication is the interface from headquarter to the globe, enabling, empowering and celebrating the success of media within our marketing mix. As of June, we are looking for an exceptional individual to be part of the team to develop Onboarding, trainings and our internal tools for 6months.
RESPONSIBILITIES

## Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* During this internship, you'll work and further develop our onboarding processes, both for HQ as well markets. You'll also support the countries visiting and plan their onboarding programs.
* In this exciting role, you'll be entitled to do editorial and structural maintenance of our intranet as well as other internal tools, such as digital posters and webinars.
* You'll overview the training offer of the different departments and support the teams in the execution.
* You will get a chance to work on a unique global brand event with some behind the scenes planning and coordination.

EXPERIENCE

## Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:
* An interest in communication
* Good Microsoft Office package skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational abilities, coordination skills
* Graphic design experience is a plus
* Stamina, enthusiasm and motivation
* Precise attention to detail

* Studies in the field of communication, media or related studies
* Fluent in written and spoken English, German is considered a plus
