**Who You Are**
A Creative Project Lead With:
*A**Master's degree** or **PhD** . in **Electrical Engineering** , **Physics** , **Material Science** or comparable field
*At least**3 years of professional experience** within the **semiconductor industry** , ideally in the area of **product** and / or **package** **development**
*Experience in**project management** (ideally with a background in semiconductors), a **PJM certification** as a plus
* Knowledge of wide bandgap semiconductors is of advantage
*Experience in**digital transformation** and **artificial intelligence** applied to product development is a strong plus
* **Fluent English skills** . German skills are beneficial
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G-H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.

As our new **Project Leader** , you will be responsible for **planning** , **organizing** , and **controlling** **multi-site and multi-national development projects** that focus on green energy and sustainability. You will work closely with our team of **SiC** **and Si technology experts** to develop products that are **highly efficient** , **environmentally** **friendly** , and **sustainable** .
This role will challenge you from **organizational** to **technical skills** , from out-of-the-box-thinking to following established processes.
**What You Will Do**
*Develop new highly efficient**SiC and Si products for power electronic**
*Support the**introduction of new digital methods** into the development activities such as **machine learning algorithms**
*Plan, organize and control**multi-site and multi-national development projects** ensuring the **compliance of schedule** , **costs** , **performance** and **quality objectives**
*Form and lead the**project team including virtual environment**
* **Assign responsibilities** **within projects** to project managers of subprojects and project team members
*Conduct**risk management** , **plan experiments** , assess **test chips and prototypes** and make decisions in the project based on results
* **Identify stakeholders** and **develop relationships** while being aware of their interest for the projects
