**Your contribution will be**
* Designing user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation for HRIS including employee self-services and manager self-services with the collaboration of the HR Systems and Data Lead
* Implementing HR systems with the collaboration of the HR Systems and Data Lead and Local HR Colleagues
* Providing regular HR data reports and creating a dashboard for all units within HR
* Analysing data to improve HR strategies and processes
* Suggesting ways to improve the productivity and workflow for all units within HR
* Providing support on the HR Systems by reaching out to the system provider and aligning with the IT department
* Working closely with the HR Systems and Data Lead on further KPI and HR data statistics development
* Maintaining HR system updates, development, and workflow customisation
* Working on identifying improvement areas, recommending changes, and implementing functional solutions for HR systems
**Your profile ideally illustrates**
* Several years of experience working with HRIS systems
* Preferably Bachelor's degree in relevant field, including courses in HR management
* English skills on a professional working level
* Able to effectively partner with IT and non-technical customers to understand user needs and translate needs into technical process requirements
* Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving internal processes
* Problem-solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Proficient in Excel and managing data
* Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
