### Job description

* Prepare annual audit plans for European business units and conduct initial and follow-up audits in accordance with IA standards and best practice.
* Responsibility for the planning and implementation of operational, financial and compliance audits as well as for risk mitigation
* Consulting projects for European business units
* Design and implementation of internal audit programmes and controls for business systems and processes, financial and accounting systems, IT, investigations and risk assessment
* Coordination of site and project reviews (time and resource budgeting) with auditors, external auditors and regulators
* Timely communication on audit plan, project progress and risk findings,
* Establish, drive and maintain an effective internal audit working group in the German language.

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or higher
* At least 5 years of auditing or combination of auditing and accounting, corporate finance / operations experience in the manufacturing industry
* Big4 or reputable MNC auditing/finance experience is preferred
* Several years of leadership, proven leadership and management skills
* Familiar with SOX compliance or SAP process control / security review an advantage
* Experience with financial and control audits and fraud / forensic auditing
* Experience in auditing / finance advantageous
* CIA, CPA or CISA
* Mandarin is a must and good oral and written English, German
* Interpersonal skills and strong interpersonal skills
* Persuasiveness and very good communication and conflict management skills
