**Your new adventure**

You will be onsite with the users to provide better support and bring a good understanding of the dedicated department (Shopfloor or R&D). The person will be responsible for supporting the IT Enduser with IT Infrastructure - Standard Hardware and Software.
* Supporting enduser in standard hardware: desktop PC, laptops, workstation, smartphone, printer
* Identification, analysis and resolution of hardware and software malfunctions
* Collection and documentation of all reported inquiries in the form of tickets
* Configuration, provision and support of authorization, hardware and software requests
* Cooperation with the 2nd level support and vendors
* Supporting on "how to use" by best effort
* Handover of new HW to the enduser and give guidance
* Supporting international users remotely

**Your experiences and skills**
* Vocational training of at least 3 years or completed studies (HTL) in the area of informatics
* Good German and English language skills
* Problem-solving team player with a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and analytical thinking

**We offer**
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 41.390,02 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
