An Electronic Team Lead With:

* **Several years of experience** in **managing teams of 10+ people**
*A degree in**Computer Science** , **Information Technology** , or a related field
*Experience with**ATE test engineering**
* **Fluent English skills** . German skills are a plus

*Experience with modular**SW architecture** and **SW engineering**
* Good communication and presentation skills

As our new **Senior Manager Test Development** , you'll be the glue that holds our team of 10+ experts together, ensuring that our development roadmap is on track for success. As a member of a multi-site management team you will participate in strategy discussion and help the organization to achieve its ambitions targets.

This role will challenge you from managing to technical skills, from out-of-the-box-thinking to following established processes.

**What You Will Do**
*Analyze the**RnD development roadmap** and define the **required head count and bandwidth needs** for the upcoming projects
*Review the**status of the running projects** and ensure **execution of work packages** **and activities** according to compliance
*Deploy methodologies**and guidelines** in the development teams for Test Engineering;
Define and introduce **improvements to the development and decision processes** to increase efficiency and effectiveness
*Proactively identify**technical improvement opportunities** and drive the **according alignment** between the involved functional groups
*Promote**team development** including **hiring** , **goal setting and training**
