**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Take over the technical leadership of the E/E architecture development team
* Your lead group consists of Development Engineers / Architects who lead the SE team management of electrical components and systems from requirements to SOP in projects
* Develop electrical solutions together with your lead group in research and customer projects and disseminate the knowledge and methodology within the lead group
* Live out your enthusiasm also in research, including planning, execution and possibly an own patent
* Design service-oriented EEA (starting from customer specifications) in terms of features, functions, functional partitioning, definition of bus systems up to the overall architecture
* Work globally and across departments with the entire AVL group (ADAS/AD, fuel cells, powertrain, thermal, E/E, chassis, etc.)
* Develop your team professionally and methodically based on your experience

**YOUR PROFILE:**

* You have a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, telematics or a similar field (physics, mechatronics, etc.)
* You already have extensive knowledge of electrical/electronic (E/E) systems in vehicles and you can take your next step on the career ladder with us
* You also have extensive knowledge of bus systems (Ethernet, CAN, CANFD, etc.) and experience in the use of Vector tools, optionally Matlab\Simulink
* You enjoy dealing with complex interrelationships in electrical systems and developing solutions together with your team

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €60,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
