# Solution Architect

Semperit is an internationally-oriented group that develops, produces and sells highly specialised rubber products. Our products range from hydraulic and industrial hoses ( **Semperflex** ), conveyor belts ( **Sempertrans** ), moulded parts such as handrails ( **Semperform** ), and industrial profiles ( **Semperseal** ) through to examination, protective and surgical gloves ( **Sempermed** ). With our quality products, we have been well positioned for almost 200 years and have distributions in more than 100 countries.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that our solutions are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide guidance and advice to agile teams on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking into account technical and architectural debt.
* Design technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients, while adhering to best practices, industry standards, and our company's policies.
* Work closely with product managers to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
* Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in the selection of appropriate technologies and methodologies.
* Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks that could be used to improve our solutions.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 5 years of Java, JavaScript, and SQL working experience.
* Good understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies.
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
* Good analytical, organizational, and technical skills.
* Good understanding of application development methodologies, infrastructure, and network architecture.
* Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

**Gross yearly salary** : from € 65.000.- higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience
