Analysis Countries is the competence center for Global Country risk, which evaluates country and sovereign risk for the entire banking group. Would you like to help RBI decide on its country footprint? Do you want to assess the creditworthiness of Sovereigns based on your expertise and our rating model? ### Your role at RBI

* Rate Sovereigns in emerging and developed markets
* Produce and present condensed, decision-enhancing analysis on countries and regions
* Monitor and analyze risk-relevant developments
* Manage RBI Group's risk towards selected governments and central banks
* Participate in projects and data initiatives

### Your core competencies

* Strong interest in global macroeconomics and financial markets
* Curiosity to explore complex economic and political interlinkages on country and regions
* Ability to include ESG into country risk outlook
* Distinct analytical thinking and communication skills
* Independent, flexible self-starter and result-oriented team-player
* Business level command of English

### Nice to have

* University degree in economics (if business: strong economics focus)
* Data skills and manipulation skills (scripting language, such as R or Python)
* Some work experience preferably in economic research/risk management in an international bank or institution
