You are best equipped for this task if you have:
*A**degree** (university/FH) **in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics** or equivalent
*At least**4 years of practical work experience** in semiconductor design or product engineering
*First**experience in project management** (initiation, planning and closing)
* **Knowledge of agile processes** and principles as a plus
* **Know-how in Frontend technologie** s and **Backend processes** (as an advantage)
*Solid**MS Office** and **MS Project skills**
*Excellent**English skill **s** , German as a plus

In your new role you will:
* **Manage medium size product development projects** / sub projects with strong connection to Frontend technologies and Backend processes
*Be fully**responsible for all operational decisions in the project** and for the **successful achievement of all project targets** (time, quality, cost and budget)
* **Manage and control the entire project life-cycle** as main contact person for all questions regarding the project
* **Organize the activities and resources** needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone
* **Conduct a forward-looking risk management** - in close cooperation with your stakeholders, where you identify possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios
* **Continuously focus on project quality** , assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges
