We want this to strengthen even further, so our team is currently looking for a Safety-Ergonomics Specialist (f/m/x).
Among others as a BMW Group Safety-Ergonomics Specialist you will be responsible to ensure a smooth start and continuous legally compliant operation within the area of responsibility, and to develop, implement and maintain the safety and ergonomics systems. Your responsibility covers the provision of expertise on hazard identification, risk evaluation using SERA BMW IT tool, as well as the development of preventive measures that comply with legal and internal BMW Group requirements.
What awaits you?
* Implementing and steering risk management process and BMW IT tool SERA as main responsible of this topic define and report relevant KPIs.
* Representing and ensuring legal compliance in the area of responsibility during construction stages, ramp-up phase and after start of production.
* Being an active member of the audit team and engage in internal, group and third party audits.
* Supporting head of Safety with steer risk management processes, highly focus on ergonomics factors.
* Engaging actively in safety and ergonomics projects in connection with associated technology or department, as well as chemical management.
* Providing services to related technology in all safety and ergonomics topics particularly planning, machine procurement process and acceptances.
* Consulting management on safety performance, incidents and activities.
What should you bring along?
* University degree in Ergonomics and preferably university, minimum technician degree Safety / EHS plus relevant experience in ergonomics.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in occupational safety and ergonomics in a manufacturing environment including 2 years project leadership experience and 2 years of experience in implementing and maintaining an effective ergonomics management system/process.
* Experience as an internal auditor is advantage. Lead-auditor qualification is an advantage. (ISO 45001).
* Deep knowledge of Hungarian legal safety requirements and EU applicable standards.
* Very good MS Office and presentation skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
* Proactive attitude with safety mindset, strong communication skills. Reliable and customer-oriented way of working.
* Hungarian and English business fluent - both written and spoken. German would be an advantage.
