### About the role
As the Head of Product for our flagship products baha wealth & BAHA TERMINAL, you will shape our joint global future.
### What you'll do
* Own baha's flagship market data terminal products and be responsible for their success.
* Define, prioritize and deliver our long-term products strategy and roadmap
* Communicate the products direction across the business and validate that products are delivered in line with expectations and vision.
* Work closely with our key development, design and customer success teams to improve our products, gain deeper understanding and fill gaps while generating new ideas to both improve customer experience and drive growth.
* Identify and define killer-features, opportunities, niches, functions for our products in strong collaboration with our key users from top financial institutions.
* Consistently monitor the market and competing products and identify relevant innovations.
### Who you are
* 5+ years of experience in product ownership and agile digital product development.
* Ideally an experienced user of market data terminals with a proven background in the financial industry.
* Confident, driven, dynamic leader with outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a passion for outstanding UIs and User experience in digital products.
* Solution centric unconventional thinking, high flexibility and passionate about outstanding products.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in working cross-functionally to deliver the best results for the business.
* Fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing global business that requires creativity, fast learning and out-of-the-box-thinking.
* Excellent academic credentials and proven track-record of success in previous roles.
* Excellent English language skills.
