### About the role

Internally you will help us build a positive work environment where our employees will feel motivated, satisfied and comfortable to deliver cutting edge products and provide outstanding service to our clients. Externally you will use your superb soft skills to search and find top talents to join our global team.

### What you'll do

* Coordinate an international HR team for the continuous improvement of the HR strategy and processes.
* Manage activities related to increasing employee motivation and satisfaction as well as handling interpersonal relationships and culture in the company.
* Proactive recruitment management.
* Headhunting activities (searching for prospects through portfolio sites like LinkedIn, networking at career events, sourcing potential candidates on social media, etc…)
* Point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommendations, negotiations and offers.
* Manage the vacancies on various HR sourcing channels (internal and external career sites, portfolio sites, social media, recruitment events, job fairs, etc.)
* Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
* Regular reporting to the management.

### Who you are

* 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably startup or tech company).
* Solid understanding of HR processes and policies.
* Hands-on experience with various HR sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.
* Ability to implement best practices.
* Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (e.g. "cold calls", recruiting e-mails).
* Bachelor degree (preferably in social sciences).
* Dynamic, charismatic, creative, and organized person.
* Excellent English language skills.
