## What's the role?
Our Technical Marketing team is the ultimate responsible for our technical customers engagement (specifiers, building owners, engineering consultants and project managers) tailoring our marketing message to their needs and ensuring the day-to-day business operations supporting the market organizations. You will work with different BU teams and other Hilti departments in close collaboration with the engineering and marketing in the market organizations to jointly create the best-in-class engineering content.

## What does the role involve?
* Lead technical marketing projects
* Develop Marketing content for engineering target groups globally
* Become the competent firestop partner for market and customer projects
* Develop and maintain educational content for Firestop
* Develop engineering tools (technical drawings, typicals, application value propositions)
* Develop and implement technical marketing initiatives together with our global stakeholders in engineering marketing
* Provide content and storylines for different digital tools
* Contribute to global engineering strategies and projects in close cooperation with competence centers and Hilti market organizations
* Conduct compelling Firestop trainings for engineers and firestop specialists in different regions and MOs
* Identify new sources of differentiation in our business approach to specifiers, building owners
* Observe market trends and needs
* Monitor, track and follow up results of new content, tools and product introductions in the markets

## What you need is:
* **Master degree in civil / construction engineering**
* **Experience in fire protection industry**
* Marketing affinity and basic knowledge and experience in Marketing
* Strong technical, analytical, conceptual skills
* Preferred: knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit
* Fluent English
* Team player
* Very good communication skills (conducting presentations, trainings, seminars)
* Ready for international job activities (travelling)
