## What's the role?
Our Global Engineering Marketing team is responsible for driving specifier engagement. Part of our daily work is to provide technical information to our customers in various forms. Next to technical data sheets and approvals, technical information is provided for example in form of webinars, papers, publications and handbooks. We distinguish between fastening steel to concrete or masonry structures which we call baseplate fastening and so-called concrete to concrete connections with post-installed reinforcing bars. For both areas we are looking for a technical content manager.

## What does the role involve?
* You will be the responsible person for your content area. In alignment with the Global Team you define, develop and manage special material (articles, white papers, handbooks, documentation, etc.) with a clear orientation towards the engineering community (internal and external).
* You will also create webinars, training material and video content
* Support specific region(s) in the build and implementation of marketing and engineering topics - ensure constant contact with the markets to steer the implementation of the roadmaps.
* Support business development activities by market research, business cases in close alignment with the markets
* Analyse competitor offering and assess VP for our products

## What you need is:
* Engineering background in structural/civil Engineering (Master / Diploma Level, preferred phD), preferred focus area: design of reinforced concrete structures
* Deep knowledge of the industry, its stakeholder and workflows.
* 6-10 years of professional experience in industry (preferred structural design office
* Distinct knowledge in marketing mastering the concepts of market research, Content communication marketing, digital marketing
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Accurate working style and high ability in getting things done
* Strong analytical skills to summarize and present complex issues in a comprehensible way and affinity to practical activities
* Very good English skills
* Passion for technical details and willingness to grow in the technical area of fastening technology
* Willingness to travel and collaborate internationally
