## What does the role involve?

As a Customer Service Manager you will manage our Customer Service Team and Scope. You will create learning environment by supporting members of the team and building on their strengths to deliver maximum performance. You will also have a direct input into creating and implementing global strategy into local organization, as well as develop programs to scale company's operations, solve customers' problems and propose continuous improvement initiatives. Your entrepreneurial approach will be useful in every aspect of your work. ## What you need is:

* Master's degree (preferably in business, management, process management or business related);
* Min. 2 years of leadership experience;
* Experience in managing customer service processes (Inbound & Outbound), preferably in customer-oriented organizations (e.g.: b2b, Telecomm, shared-service structures, etc.);
* Strong Customer management experience;
* Ability to build effective business strategies (strategic thinking) and to deliver results (KPI's);
* Strong analytical skills with focus on process improvement;
* Fluency in Polish and English (C1+), German (A2+ nice to have);
* Effective communication skills at all levels of internal and external management
* Excellent people (social) skills;
* Being a team player with strong customer orientation;
* Ability to build effective and performing teams & deliver results;
* Strong communication and presentation skills;
* MS Office - must;
* SAP - nice to have;
* Agility/ Change management experience;
* Good sense of responsibility and reliability;
