**Business Development Associate ( Brand)**

SponsorUnited is seeking a Business Development Associate who will be an integral part of the team responsible for demand generation, data management and measurement that drives leads through the sales funnel. The role requires data entry into our CRM system including, but not limited to; uploading of lead lists, creating campaigns, updating emails and phone numbers, and assigning leads as needed. This role will support our **Brand business** and is critical to the success of our sales organization, and you will be eligible for commission on closed deals where you procured the lead. This position provides a path to a Sales role after the first year if other qualifications and goals are met.

This position is a remote role and reports to the Director of Sales Operations.

* Responsible for searching brands and finding qualified sales leads on a daily basis.
* Ensure data quality on these qualified leads, checking correct phone numbers and email addresses.
* Use your network to conduct outreach to brands in conjunction with sales.
* Perform data entry as needed which can include uploading of leads lists into SalesForce, creating and assigning leads to campaigns as well as other items.
* Fulfill lead campaign requests from sales and complete all projects within agreed upon timeframes.
* Actively participate in internal meetings and become a subject matter expert on brand customers and how they use our service.
* Assist in pulling reports from Salesforce for analysis as needed.
* A business mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and apply savvy towards lead sourcing and management.

* Excellent interpersonal skills to work efficiently within a team that is completely remote.
* Strong computer skills including G-suite (sheets, docs, etc.) and MS Excel.
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
* Work independently and use good judgement.
* Demonstrate proactive attitude, practices, and behaviors for sales goal attainment.
* Understand standard research practices and be comfortable using online tools (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
* Proven time management skills with the ability to manage priorities at once.
* Ability to work in a fast changing, remote environment.
* Willingness to learn.
