Technical Project Manager

**Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Technical Project Manager**

Sedron Technologies designs and manufactures advanced water, and waste upcycling technologies that transform the paradigm of *Waste Processing* to *Resource Recovery* . We are headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, with a national presence, valuing innovation and original thinking. Our team is focused on solving environmental problems around the world, with tremendous human and environmental impact.

Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
* Oversee entire scopes working directly with Sedron's internal production teams to ensure progress and success at all stages of project lifecycle
* Organize and direct the effective coordination of material planning, purchasing and production scheduling to ensuring timely delivery of finished products to customers
* Manage and forecast costs, schedules, and resource needs on projects, using our internal systems
* Identify project risks or issues and implement mitigation plans
* Ensure that production goals are accomplished in line with business objectives
* Prioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill objectives
* Demonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alike
* Comply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practices
* Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
* Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
* Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasks
* Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance
* Maintain good organization skills
* Perform other related duties as assigned

This position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

* Bachelor's Degree or other higher education in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; additional experience may waive the education requirement as applicable
* Two or more years of project management experience within a technical or engineering field
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities
* Experience with NX or equivalent CAD software is desired
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
* Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED
* Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language

* Wage range for this role is between $75,000 and $120,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, and off-site work. The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
