**Patient Care Consultant (Bilingual-Spanish)**

In this role you will strive to ensure that each patient's experience is nothing less than exceptional starting as the first point of contact for prospective patients and assisting them throughout their care experience with True You Weight Loss (TYWL). You'll engage with patients through highly-effective communication and concierge-level service.

**Key responsibilities include:**
* Provide excellent customer service and serve as first point of contact for patients by phone supporting all TYWL locations.
* Accurately gather and update patient information aligned with a customer-centric approach, company policies and industry regulations.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments and monitor appointment schedules daily.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of all services and products and provide pre-treatment education and guidance with patients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospective and current patient documentation.
* Monitor and follow-up on required payment of services.
* Maintain a dedicated workspace that provides for minimal distractions, confidentiality of information, reliable, high-speed internet connection.

**Qualifications Needed:**
* Fluent in both English and Spanish - reading/writing/speaking.
* Demonstrated success in a professional customer service experience required; preferably from within a medical practice, medical spa, or high-level hospitality industry but not required.
* HS Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in related field preferred.
* Propensity to learn and embrace new technology. Experience with Microsoft Office; HubSpot or other CRM experience helpful.

**Schedule/Availability:**

This is a full-time, remote-based position; Monday-Friday.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

Competitive hourly compesation (starting at $24.50/hour). Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off, and 401k with company match available.
