## Product Manager

We are looking for a dedicated **Product Manager to support our team.**

#### What the work involves

* You take care of our customers and are their first contact person on the phone.
* You configure and populate our software products, online shops and websites.
* You work in project teams and continue to develop the products.
* You conduct user training for our customers.

#### Your profile

* You have completed your school education with a Matura higher education entrance qualification.
* You are confident and intuitive in using a PC.
* You love customer contact and enjoy making phone calls.
* You are quick on the uptake and enjoy taking on technical challenges.
* You have a very good command of German and good English (spoken and written).

#### What we offer

* Flexible working hours and the option to work from home as part of a full-time position (38.5 hours).

## Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Sales & Marketing Manager** to support our team of consultants.

#### What awaits you

* You will advise our customers online, by phone and on-site within the DACH region and support them in their further development, willingness to travel up to 20%
* You are motivated to excellent service for our customers and a stable customer relationship
* You actively work on the strategic orientation in the fields of marketing & sales
* You work closely with our project management team
* You will expand your customer base based on set goals and preferably already have a market insight

#### What we are looking for

* You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, marketing and/or sales
* You are confident in using a PC, have an affinity for numbers and organisational skills
* Ideally, you have already gained work experience in sales, marketing, or organisation in the outdoor, tourism or ski school industry
* You enjoy taking on tricky challenges and are always solution-oriented
* You like to advise in an ecological way and still consider the economic side
* You have excellent German and solid English skills

* The gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.635,- within the collective agreement classification for IT employees in ST1, and € 3.285,- for the classification in ST2
* Salary is market-driven and therefore also depending on qualifications and previous experience
