Group Product Manager Electric Drives & Inverters f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Analysis of the global market situation for electric drives, inverters and related products
* Definition of the requirements for these products (taking into account the different areas of application)
* Analysis of competitors, definition of unique selling points and, based on this, preparation of sales documents and presentations
* Customer communication, quotation and sales support for drive solutions
* Coordination of drive solutions with the product managers and solution engineers from the system business segments
* Definition of the integration of products into the AVL Tool Chain as well as support in system engineering for customer projects
* Cooperation across departmental and business unit boundaries, as well as with subsidiaries

YOUR PROFILE:

* Completed studies (TU, FH Master) in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
* Knowledge of power electronics, drive technology and electrical engineering required (ideally knowledge of standalone converters/electric motors, industrial applications, automotive, testing ...)
* Understanding of economic contexts (e.g. cost calculation and results analysis)
* Basic knowledge of communication and marketing (especially for industrial goods)
* Highly motivated personality with self-management skills
* Self-confident appearance as well as target-oriented and positive interaction with customers and employees
* Business fluent in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €65,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
