PALFINGER stands for the most innovative, reliable and economical lifting solutions worldwide for use on commercial vehicles, railway vehicles, bridge inspection equipment and in the maritime sector. To strengthen our team in Bergheim we are looking to hire a Head of Employer Brand and internal Communication (f/m/d).

In this key position within our global HR management team you assure globally the positioning of PALFINGER as attractive employer in all relevant labor market target groups as pre-condition for building the necessary experts, talents etc. pipelines You also assure globally an effective and efficient internal communication to all employees of PALFINGER, well aligned and orchestrated with all external communication efforts/strategies.

Your Tasks

* Define, manage and execute the global Employer Branding and Internal Communication strategy, projects and initiatives
* Develop and sharpen the global Employer Value Proposition
* Develop and implement new internal communication formats, channels, campaigns
* Take full responsibility as Senior Process Expert within the process organization and steer the global Employer Branding and Internal Communication process experts/community
* Accountable/Responsible for the definition and implementation of relevant group policies, standard processes, tools and process governance
* Manage the content of relevant Social Media channels and rating portals (eg. LinkedIn, Kununu, Glassdoor, and "own" the internal communication platform
* Act as service provider and/or consultant for regions and locations in major EB project/initiatives
* Accountable for the internal change and crisis communication
* Coordinate internal and, if necessary, manage external resources
* Be part of the global HR Management Team and the Communications Core Team (Marketing Communication, PR/Executive Communication, IR & Internal Communication)

Your Qualification

* Master degree in Business Administration, Psychology or comparable qualification
* > 10 years of relevant job experience, thereof >3 years in a leadership role: eg. Employer Branding, Internal Communication, HR Business Partnering, Change Management
* Significant experience in a global organization
* Intercultural competence and proven skills in change management and communication
* High level of self-organization, strategic thinking, drive and passion
* Bridge builder within the global EB/IC Community as well as within the communication core team
* Fluent in Business English

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.464,04 per year. We are willing to overpay significantly according to training and qualification.
