O365 Specialist SWARCO Group (m/f/d)

Location: Wattens / Tyrol / Austria | Fulltime

Your Challenge

* Design, development, operation, support and delivery of selected Office 365 / Azure services as well as their continuous adaptation to the business requirements for the headquarters in Wattens and the group-wide subsidiaries
* Experience with directory services (Azure AD) and authentication solutions
* Client configuration using Microsoft Intune
* Collaboration in the optimization and implementation of O365 security and compliance policies
* Responsibility for direct contact with business units and customers as well as for requirements analysis, coordination and resource planning of external partners
* Support or independent implementation of challenging O365 projects
* Identification of automation potential as well as its planning with corresponding technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform / Azure Automation)

Your Profile

* Completed IT education (Higher technical college/HTL), University degree or equivalent professional experience
* Sound professional experience with Microsoft 365 and/or collaboration tools
* PowerShell knowledge and professional experience in the IT sector are of advantage
* Experience in project management and/or requirements engineering
* Open-mindedness towards new technologies and trends as well as profound analytical skills
* Strong customer- and service orientation
* High level of self-motivation, ability to work in a team, reliability and social competence
* Very strong communication skills in German and English
* High solution and goal orientation with a 'hands-on' mentality
