* You have 5+ years of successful partner sales experience of (enterprise) software, ideally within the Logistic and/or Supply Chain industry.
* You have solid product and market knowledge, and you are active in networks linked to Software, Logistics and Transport industries.
* You have extensive experience in working in global markets and cultures.
* Experience within the Transport Management industry is highly recommended.
* As a master in consultative and value selling, you are used to analyzing complex requirements, tailoring answers to customer needs, advising on business case development, ROI exercises and managing the RFI/RFP process, including negotiating and closing offers.
* You enjoy networking and creating new relationships, and you are highly confident in interacting with senior managers and on Executive (C-)level.
* You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment;
* You are used to forecasting and working towards quarterly targets. You are able to reach targets, and show consistent and proven results in indirect sales development, as in a value and consultative sales environment;
* You have a real entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, resilient, creative, strategic and result-oriented;
* You are able to work according to structured sales processes.
* You can organize your work independently, whilst being a strong team player.

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the collective agreement monthly salary for this position is at least EUR 6,500 gross. The actual salary depends on your knowledge, skills and experience.

The Alpega Group is currently expanding its sales team with an experienced Strategic Alliance Manager to further expand our market presence in logistics Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

The Strategic Alliance Manager is responsible for adding both value and incremental revenue to the Alpega Group by developing existing partners and developing new partners for the Alpega eco system. The main objective of the Strategic Alliance Manager therefore is to generate incremental revenue as well as to leverage the performance of the company though a solid partner network. Alpega partner ecosystem includes sales, implementation and solution partners.

Your role
* Responsibility for Alpega's alliance strategy and dedicated win-win partnerships.
* Further develop a strong international partner network, and expand our geographic presence.
* Definition, planning and implementation of partner engagement models, processes, KPI's, tools and templates.
* Identify and develop new partner opportunities and manage contract negotiations.
* Effective account management and business development planning together with partners.
* Align Alpega and partner strategies, including discussions with top management on both sides.
* Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities and campaigns.
* Support the partner's sales activities incl. preparation and negotiation of commercial offers during the complete sales cycle.
* Perform ROI exercises and articulate our value proposition through all steps of the sales cycle.
* Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation with a high level of partner and end customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring an excellent transfer of client and market knowledge.
* Take part in steering committees and manage escalations.
* Provide accurate forecasting and reports about performance and qualitative output.
* Identify areas of improvement, suggest and implement measures to improve partner performance.
* Represent Alpega TMS to the public during (virtual) fairs, conferences and events, with key stakeholders, business partners, and within industry associations.
* Stay up-to-date with market and product developments.
