The Junior HR Business Partner for Global Operations and HQ supports
* the HRBP Global Operations in driving the development and transformation of the Global Operations with focus on the people component
* the HRBP-HQ in the implementation of the HR strategy, processes and tools in the HQ communities.

Key Accountabilities:

You ensure that the key people & organization processes and policies are executed and continuously improved. Time spend will be 50% for Global Operations and 50% for the scope of HQ.
* You support the HRBP of the Global Operations and the HRBP of HQ in collaborating closely with business leaders in the organization to solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help hire, onboard, retain, develop, and engage talent.
* You connect and build trust relationships with the business leaders, and the HR Centers of excellence
* You build knowledge of the company and the culture.
* You support the people & HR processes (workforce planning, onboarding, training, performance management,…)in line with Puratos Values & Magic to ensure that the employees' level of performance and capabilities meet current and future requirements; and that headcount needs and productivity targets are met.
* You assist, together with the management teams, in the implementation and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the engagement plan.
* You assist in cascading the leadership, coaching and feedback culture throughout the organization; you monitor that talent review and development actions are implemented.
* You assist in forecasting and budget planning of the headcount, fully reconciled with the Finance data; to support the talent pipeline requirements in line with the operations & business strategy.
* You leverage data and analytics to help drive insights on employee experience, and to drive talent decision effectiveness.
* You define and monitor relevant KPI's in user-friendly reports & dashboards; measuring the adoption, effectiveness and impact of the HRBP projects and processes. You understand how value is created to the needs of the various customer(s).
* You support specific projects linked to the business strategic priorities (f.ex. engagement survey, competency analysis,…).

Who are we looking for?

* You have a Master degree or equivalent by experience (Economics, Business, Psychology, Law, Mgmt, or equivalent..)
* You have at least 2-3 years' experience in HR (Talent Mgmt, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning…).
* You have experience & strong affinity with HR ERP/reporting tools. Thorough knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset.
* You have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, PPT).
* You are an expert problem solver, and you have excellent organizational skills (personal efficiency).
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
* You have a sense of responsibility, and value high ethical standards and personal integrity.
* You are able to deal with ambiguity, and adapt to change with pragmatism.
* You are an energy contributor, and you have the willingness to learn continuously and to grow within our company.
* Continuous improvement mindset; strong change agent.
* You are able to work in a matrix organization.
* Well organized & focused on priorities.
* Strong analytical mind; attention for detail/accuracy.
* Conceptual thinking, interpretation of data and translating into pragmatic customer solutions.

* Loves to support the performance of peers by sharing own knowledge/expertise.
* You are fluently in English (written/spoken). Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
