Your mission:
As the IT Helpdesk Lead at Bitpanda you will be responsible for the first-level support team, who help Bitpanda team members with their daily HW or SW-related requests or issues.

What you'll do:

* Review and manage IT requests in the company ticketing system
* Oversee HW preparation for new joiners
* Work closely with Bitpanda's HR team regarding regular onboarding activities
* Help with complex technical issues both on-site and remotely
* Maintain an accurate inventory - adhere to very strict record-keeping in the asset management system

What we're looking for:

* Experience with leadership of an IT team of up to 5 team members
* Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Amazon WorkSpaces, LastPass, JumpCloud Jira or Confluence
* Hands-on experience with HW of any kind (laptops, mobile phones, tablets)
* Admin experience and great understanding of Windows 10 and macOS
* Experience with ticketing systems, Jira Service Management is preferred
* Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
* Team player with strong organisational skills
