The mission for the Partner Sales Account Executive is to win, maintain, and expand relationships with partners, exceeding, not just meeting, minimum revenue targets. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to quickly understand the business and demonstrate the value of Magnetic Marketing's partnership program, including licensing, sponsorship and affiliate opportunities. This position requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who possesses the ability to develop strategic relationships and generate new business, taking a consultative approach to sales to achieve revenue targets.

Expected Outcomes in the first 12 months of employment:
* Generate $150K in Sponsorship Revenue
* Generate $300K in License Origination Revenue
* Grow Affiliate program to 100 active, engaged and producing Affiliates

Expected earnings of the Sales Consultant:

This position has a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commission potential. On target earnings when hitting the above outcomes is $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
* Identify new partnership prospects in support of our licensing, sponsorship and affiliate program opportunities.
* Lead the partnership and deal-origination process, managing each step from strategy/planning, pipeline development, outreach, onboarding, and ongoing growth.
* Build relationships with partners by being a proactive, responsive and strategic resource.
* Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows/conferences, campaigns and other promotional opportunities.
* Consistently deliver partner-driven revenue every quarter, exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in channel/partner sales, business development and/or high-value consultative sales.
* Experience with Infusionsoft (Keap) or another contact management platform/CRM
* Demonstrated success in hitting/exceeding sales goals in previous positions
* Influential communication skills in all forms: written, presentations and negotiations.
* Flexible, startup mindset; self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
* Some travel may be required.

Work Environment
* This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

* The Team Member is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone. Near visual acuity is required in order to work with computers.
* May occasionally require the Team Member to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Team Member should be able to sit for an extended period of time.
* Team Member may be occasionally required to perform light to moderate lifting of office supplies, up to 20 pounds.
