Senior Manager - Presales NEE

What you'll achieve
The role involves partnering with Core Sales and Specialty sales and technical teams in the NEE, and the broader Presales organisation to implement ISG strategy as part of the overall Dell Technologies portfolio with customers. The role carries responsibility for direct leadership of the ISG Presales country organization across segments and their teams; working to transform Dell Technologies coverage and datacentre skills across NEE; ability to build plans for share growth and driving the business outcome against those plans; building relationships with key customers, channel and alliance partnerships where they benefit and enhance Dell Technologies ISG business, coverage and skill sets across all segments.

You will:

* Ensure that team understand ISG Strategy of Dell Technologies
* Maintain close relationship and partnership with DCCS, SPSS and other ISG specialists team
* Advocating the Dell Technologies' People Strategy - through developing talent, differentiating success, motivation of the whole team, and passion and fun across the team as measured by Tell Dell
* Work on consistent up-skilling and improvement of the Presales team in NEE
* Attain ISG Revenue and Margin

Essential Requirements

* 10+ years of relevant experience including at least 8+ years of experience in technology sales or consulting leadership position
* In-depth understanding of NEE customer's landscape and IT industry climate combined with strong knowledge of datacentre/infrastructure products and solutions - Dell Technologies and competitive.
* Ability to manage a big multi-dimensional team (coverage across different segments and sales motions in NEE) with both technical and commercial skill sets
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to and influence top management
* Fluent knowledge English language.
