PALFINGER is seeking a strong Human Resource Business Partner candidate familiar with recruiting and human resources best practices to join the team and work out of our manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, O.K. Job Summary
The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating positive employee relations, recruitment and human resources policies and programs; and will assist in the facility's safety programs and culture.
This role reports to the Manager, Human Resources offering a competitive compensation package and opportunity for on-going career growth.

Primary Responsibilities
+ Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). Implement and improve HR recruiting reporting, systems and programs.
+ Is the subject matter in expert in latest trends and sources in recruiting with a high level of familiarity with social media for recruiting, manages recruiting resources to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
+ Coordinates hiring, terminations, employee transfers, etc., in person and into the current payroll and HRIS software.
+ Oversees the attendance tracking systems including attendance policy enforcement and compliance with FMLA.
+ Conducts new employee on-boarding, orientation and coordination of training schedule
+ Conducts exit interviews and off-boarding process
+ Administers strategic and tactical approaches in employee development, positive employee relations, policy and procedure compliance and development, training, compensation, benefits and performance evaluation.
+ Assists the organization in driving a world-class safety culture in the facility. Sits on the safety committee, ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal workplace safety laws and regulations, coordinates training.
+ Recommends HR best practices to maximize performance, productivity, efficiency and morale across the organization.
+ Strives to improve metrics by re-evaluating and changing processes to result in constant progression in HR practices.
+ Maintains a strong relationship with all levels of management, employees, union and other business units by effectively assisting and coaching managers, supervisors and front-line staff on employment related topics and issues.
+ Stays current on new trends in the HR field in order to maximize attainment of established plan objectives.
+ Maintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company's integrity standards
+ Maintains the security and integrity of confidential employee data and files.
+ Manages the employee reviews and the performance improvement process and is integral in insuring performance improvement is executed fairly, consistently and in compliance with policy and statutes.
+ Maintains communication devices and bulletin boards, facilitates employee functions, insures employee kiosks are available and functioning properly.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Associated Degree in Business related subjects and/or HR required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar field preferred.
+ 1-3 years in-house recruiting required (manufacturing background preferred).
+ PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, other professional HR related training and certifications helpful.
+ Experience in driving safety culture and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
+ Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills, and is comfortable in planning, facilitating and conducting meetings.
+ Experience in ADP and SAP Success Factors highly preferred.
+ Possesses ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and has the ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
+ Actively promotes confidentiality of all matters within the department, personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.
+ Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a very fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
+ Ability to work with limited direction to make decisions.
+ Strong knowledge of local, state and federal employer compliance requirements.
+ High level of collaboration and customer service skills.
+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
+ High level of competence with Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
+ Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
