About the Role

How you will contribute
* Support and consult with Hiring Managers and HR managers on their corporate and operational recruitment demands, that align with overall business needs.
* Develop position specific recruitment plans and identify candidate pools.
* Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process.
* Create attractive and exciting job descriptions to engage candidates to join the company.
* Pro-actively source candidates (active and passive) by using our company Sourcing Strategy and Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors) in cooperation with the latest sourcing channels on the market. Screen, introduce and interview candidates.
* Maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system to include moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, responding to candidate inquiries, and completing all required requisition fields to allow for accurate and timely reporting of processes.
* Manage relations with external recruitment agencies and sourcing suppliers (job boards).
* Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates in continuous cooperation with the hiring manager.
* Optimize the internal and external recruitment processes while providing the best candidate experience for all candidates and managing hiring manager expectations on timelines and market information.
* Ability to travel 10%-15% domestically.
* Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Three or more years of technical recruiting experience within an agency or corporate recruiting environment specializing in Engineering or IT skill sets.
* Experience leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, pre-employment/on-boarding).
* Proven track record of recruitment in a high volume, fast-paced corporate environment. Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously.
* Experience working in a fast-paced multi-functional environment providing first-class internal customer service.
* Customer service skills, attention to detail, high energy, and detail orientation.
* Experience using a large ATS for pipeline management, sourcing and job requisition management. SAP Success Factors is highly preferred.
* Strong delivery focus with ability to take full responsibility for recruitment outcomes.

This is a 3-6 month contract position with the potential to be extended.
