NAGRA USA - Kudelski Group ( is seeking a talented Benefits Manager to join our Americas HR Team. The ideal candidate will have a solid corporate benefits background with the ability to build strong partnerships with team members and vendors across locations and all levels of staff. Serves as the subject-matter expert in the area of benefit design and administration and brings a solid systems background. If you're a proactive collaborator who can influence, build trust, and roll up your sleeves and deliver, this is the role for you!


* Lead the development, planning and vision of competitive benefit & reward programs for our US-based entities.
* Develop and implement wellness programs and educational resources to positively impact medical claims data and encourage employee participation.
* Manage the administration of company sponsored health, welfare and retirement plans, including compliance with federal and state laws.
* Partner with benefits broker and utilize reporting systems to assess and analyze current trends and self-funded (as part of a benefit captive) financial performance of company plans; provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations based on company & employee requirements and fiscal drivers.
* Utilize Springbuk analytical and reporting tool looking for actionable cost containment opportunities and meaningful interventions through comprehensive claims reporting and analysis, with the goal of always providing better benefits at lower costs.
* Champion proactive participation and prevention activities to improve the overall health of our employees.
* Manage a very competitive 401(k) plan, including Plan Administrator duties, planning quarterly meetings with the Committee, as well as all ongoing compliance, reporting and filing requirements.
* Assist with development of benefit, wellness, and retirement education campaigns for staff, ensuring all employees are getting the most out of their company-sponsored programs.
* Keep the sharepoint benefits site updated with new and refreshed, relevant content. Track and drive page utilization.
* Participate in and provide oversight on relevant audits and discrimination testing, delivering results on time.
* Partner with HR Generalist on benefit system management, problem resolution for EDI files, system enhancements, data quality, etc.
* Project lead new benefit or applicable system implementations as required.
* Leave of absence policy development and management.
* Ensure company policies and protocols are in compliance with all relevant regulations, examples: ERISA, ACA-related, HIPPA, records management, etc.
* Provide back-up for onboarding or orientation activities for new-hires as needed.
* Partner with AME-HR Team and Corp-HR functions to identify, develop and share best practices. Collaborate on special global HR projects as required.
* May participate in external surveys for relevant geographies, including partnering with our global compensation team to complete annual survey submission as needed.
* Support and foster an HR/People "culture of excellence".

Requirements / Profile

* At least 5 years Benefits Manager, or Senior Analyst role, preferably in a technology environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or HR management or equivalent; Master's degree a plus.
* Previous experience & working knowledge of HRIS and Benefit management systems.
* Self-starter with strong leadership and presence, as well as multi-cultural experience and sensitivity.
* Strong operational and results-oriented focus.
* Effective problems solver with solution-driven mind-set.
* Creativity and the ability to launch and manage wellness programs is a must.
* Aptitude to multi-task, exhibit flexibility and work with little supervision.
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, time management & planning capability, as well as strong organization and prioritization skills.
* Incredible attention to detail.
* Must be able to partner and work in a highly matrixed, somewhat complex organizational structure.
* Strong data and analytical ability.
* Professional HR certification a plus.
* English is required, other languages (French) is an asset.
* Light travel may be required (post pandemic).
