Mission

We are looking for an Alliance & Channel Manager who enjoys working in a high-paced environment to help us develop and implement our alliance & channel strategy in the EMEA region and growth our sales revenue through channel partners.

The role will play a significant part in driving the company's growth in the EMEA region, and the successful candidate will be a key member of the EMEA organization.

Your mission will be to manage Kudelski Security's EMEA alliance & channel strategy by driving revenue for our industry leading security services through reselling partners including VARs and Service providers. The Alliance & Channel Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing new and existing alliance & channel partners as well as creating channel programs to drive revenue through assigned partners.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities will be to:
* Develop and implement EMEA alliance & channel strategy and plan in alignment with the global strategy and objectives.
* Drive sales pipeline and growth in revenue through channel partners.
* Identify, recruit, enable and grow new channel partners in our key EMEA markets, including Value Added Reseller (VAR), Service Providers, Distributor, Referral partners.
* Work with channel partners to evangelize Kudelski Security solutions and services offering.
* Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation activities with channel partners.
* Proactively hunt for opportunities with channel partners.
* Oversee day to day channel operations.

This role involves
* Working closely with the regional sales leaders to ensure the development of the alliance & channel programs successfully meet the desired goals in the region.
* Building and maintaining close working relationships with services leaders and sales team members to get them onboard on channel activities.
* Building and maintaining close and strong relationships with channel partners in the region.

Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to accelerate its growth in the EMEA region by driving sales pipeline through alliance & channel partners.

Requirements / Profile

You are
* Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Autonomous and transparent.
* A strong individual contributor with high motivation, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance to achieve results.
* Flexible to travel to meet partners in the EMEA region.
* Fluent in English, French and German.

You have
* An extensive channel sales experience as a Channel Manager or similar position for emerging IT / or Cybersecurity technology companies.
* A proven ability to systematically develop plans, drive new leads and business opportunities with channel partners.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals with channel partners.
* An entrepreneur mindset.
* An advanced Engineering or Business Degree.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Creative problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, ability to navigate and evolve in complex situations.
