Title: CXO intern

HEINEKEN'S Business-to-Business (B2B) customers are diverse (e.g. bars, restaurants, small groceries, convenience stores) but through digitizing our business, our customers are uniform. The Global Digital B2B team is developing, together with our Operating Companies (OpCos = our markets), a winning solution by providing a superior customer experience that goes beyond ordering and order fulfilment, including personalized assortments, promotions and business support. Hand in hand with digitizing business is the importance of understanding the data insights & translate these into (new) solutions. Before we move full scale on these (new) solutions we want to test what the impact will be & if our customers understand the solution.

Your job

As intern customer experience optimization (CXO) on Global B2B eCommerce you will be responsible for gathering, building and sharing best practices with OpCo's around the world. In the CXO team you will work on UX|UI inspiration, campaign inspiration, customer research and prototypes to spot opportunities to improve the customer experience. The goal is to translate all these insights on customer experience into generic advice for Heineken B2B + communicate these insights as inspiration with all our OpCo's.

The topic of CXO is still relatively new within Heineken and therefore one of your main responsibilities will be to drive the CXO academy & CXO ambassadorship in which we share the story of CXO, results and best practices via short vlogs, articles and quizzes. Regarding the content creation you will connect with various roles in the global team + teams in the OpCo's to bring the story to live.

Support is provided for but not limited to:
* Communication with OpCos across all regions
* Project management of the CXO academy (organisation of meetings, timelines)

* Production of inspirational movies about CXO
* Provide support to stakeholders with inspiration on customer experience & best practices
* Provide support on customer research (interviews, surveys, analysis)

Your profile

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme with focus on commerce, design, communication or business
* Strong interest in (e)Commerce and customer experience
* Excellent English communication skill (verbal/ written/ MS Office)
* Proactive, passionate and drive to learn
* Structured & analytical thinking

* Good in coordination and organisation of tasks
* Sense for working in a multinational environment
* Work-structured, disciplined and self-driven
