ROLE DESCRIPTION
For this role we are looking for experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central consultants eager to work in a multinational environment to join the fast growing area in the service delivery team. This role involves strong leadership and application consulting delivery with intensive remote customer engagements. The consultant will become a member of CEE Delivery team, being responsible for implementation SuccessFactors EC in CEE region and beyond. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to work independently, and collaborate with customers/partners/sales with high level commitment to quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specific solution consulting (Busines requirements analysis, Configuration design, Implementation, Creation of test cases, Test scheduling and execution, Training, Go live support, and Post go live support)
* Drive scoping discussion. Assess complexity of implementation, define effort estimates and timelines. Call out possible risks and work out mitigation plan.
* Lead module design workshop and help customers adopt SuccessFactors industry specific best practices.
* Track Successfactors product road map. Stay updated with latest product features and be capable to demo new features and functionalities to customer.
* Configure the product in line with customer requirements, demo iteration configurations to customer and help customer complete iteration testing and UAT.
* Manage project timelines, issues and risks.
* Handle critical customer issues/escalations of different regions, conduct root cause analysis to provide solution with high efficiency

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors degree in Information System Management or Human Capital Management relevant discipline. Postgraduate degree preferred.
* 3+ years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
* Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
* Sufficient HR domain knowledge of the HCM suite
* Fundamental understanding of SaaS
* Exceptional verbal and written English&German communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of customers, partners, and colleagues
* Proactive attitude, self-starter
* Great team player
* Ability to travel to customer sites and other business related travel, up to 20%
