Your job
In this exciting role you are part of the Global Sales Process Operations team at our headquarter in Dornbirn and responsible for the sales process management.

* Your core responsibilities are the definition, training and maintenance of all sales related processes, including process landscape for sales, definition of process roles and role responsibilities as well as process related KPIs.

* You will analyse and optimize sales processes and ensure, in close cooperation with our IT and our local sales, a globally used SAP and CRM standard concept.

* You are responsible for the successful implementation of sales specific adaption and guarantee high quality on new implemented processes.

* You will arrange key-user trainings and know-how transfer to all sales regions on newly implemented processes, including the definition of training content and concepts.

* Furthermore, you will model and document sales processes and conduct trainings regarding Sales Process Management and Project Management Standards.

* As a central contact person, you will maintain close cooperation especially with the sales regions as well as the central departments (supply chain, finance, and IT).

Your profile
An experienced and focused process manager with an international background, strong passion for sales and who likes to think in terms of processes.

* You have a sound (academic) business or technical education as well as several years of professional working experience in process, project- sales management or similar, ideally in an internationally environment.

* Your working style is characterized by your analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Furthermore, you work in a structured and independent way and are capable to prioritize your tasks.

* You are a team-player with hands-on approach and the ability to inspire others. Your working style can be described as collaborative, autonomous, proactive and structured.

* You have excellent MS Office and IT skills - experience in SAP, CRM systems or similar are an advantage.

* With your very good knowledge of German and English you are able to communicate confidently with national and international colleagues.

Legally binding notice:
Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 46,641.14 p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
