To further strengthen our business, we are looking for a passionate team player to join our team immediately we are looking for:

Business Development Manager Service Sales (f/m/x)

Located in one of our offices in Germany or Netherlands.

Your tasks:

* identify and develop new business in the technical services segment on the best possible terms and in line with our goals (or strategies)
* conduct market and competition analyses and develop strategies for opening up new markets and customers
* Expand the current business relationships with our existing customers and establish trustworthy business relationships with new and potential customers
* In cooperation with management, you will develop and optimize strategies to comply with SLAs as well as measures to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction
* You follow tenders and develop both the commercial and technical data for cost estimates, offers and service concepts
* Actively take part in trade fairs and events
* Create reports

Our requirements:

* Commercial or business-technical training or university / technical college degree
* Numerous years of professional experience in technical sales as a service, sales or new business manager
* Distinct sales and customer orientation as well as very high service awareness
* Experience in price and contract negotiations including market analysis
* Fluent German and English, another European foreign language/s would be an advantage
* High customer and success orientation
* Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence
* Self-assured manner, assertiveness, a high degree of initiative and independence
* Willingness to travel
