Senior Distributors Executive

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible to sell and market Puratos products and ingredients in the area as assigned and to ensure that collection is done within approved credit terms, manage and grow the accounts assigned in accordance to the company's objectives.

Key Accountabilities
* Accountable for delivering against planned sales revenue and profit (shipment, in-market sales) targets by focusing on the Territory Distributor(s) KPI's and sales drivers.

* Generate new customers by approaching all new key accounts with Territory Distributor(s) and follow-up/ introducing additional products to our existing customers.
Manage the Territory Distributor(s) top accounts together with Territory Distributor(s) Sales Representative. Continuously look for innovative opportunities to develop top customers.

* Continuously monitor performance against sales targets to identify deviations from plan and if necessary to take timely corrective actions in order to ensure the realization of agreed sales objectives with Territory Distributor(s).
Responsible for monitoring Territory Distributor(s) payments and controlling of Accounts Receivables in accordance with company policy.
* Accountable for In-Market-Sales forecast accuracy in collaboration with Marketing, CS& and the Territory Distributor(s).

* Provide on the job training to his Territory Distributor Sales Representatives

* Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity and requirements for the development of new and existing products.

* Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
* Min 3 years' sales experience in Distributor Management in FMCG or traditional trade
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Experience in growing a business
* Experience in managing responsibility, including budgets, expenses or pricing
* Culture awareness and experience of diversity
* Highly independent and well discipline
* Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and local dialect
* Must be willing to travel
* Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours (if needed)
