We're on the lookout for a new Campaign Manager to actively drive our campaign execution process end-to-end. In this role you'll be working closely with the brand strategy and creative teams, and will be fully responsible for the overall project - from resource planning to execution.

What you'll do:

* Own the day-to-day management of creative initiatives, especially focused on our paid marketing campaigns
* Ensure effective cross-function communication between the creative team and key stakeholders across the business.
* Seamlessly execute creatives: integrated and consistent across all channels.
* Own the timeline and workflow management of initiatives to deliver on-time and provide visibility to key stakeholders
* Lead campaign projects from start to finish: resource planning, cost management (budget, offers, order, invoices), reporting (status updates, performance monitoring, campaign evaluation and documentation).
* Partner with external agencies on various assignments, acting as the liaison for meeting coordination, asset delivery and more.
* Collect, document and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns. Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our marketing activity attracts users and continually refine to convert customers.
* Review all creative materials with a detailed and strategic eye to ensure they're error-free, on-brand and aligned with the goals of the brief.

What you'll definitely need:

* 4-6 years' experience in a creative or account management role - either in house or at an agency.
* Data-driven mindset to analyze and translate insights into strategic solutions.
* Strong project-management skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders (internal and external).
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present ideas and results to internal stakeholders in a concise conclusive form.
* Demonstrated capability of taking initiative, breakthrough thinking and functioning in highly dynamic environments.
* To be goal-oriented, flexible and enjoy working in a diverse international team.
