Location: Vienna, Austria

This position offers the possibility to the candidate to work in an international, dynamic environment with focus on innovation and customer experience.

The candidate will be part of a multi-cultural team based across Europe.

Nature and aim of the position

The holder of the position will be responsible for supporting the current Merchant Engagement team primarily:
* Product Management: In-store Solutions, understanding the needs, developing and rolling out the current available solution to merchants & markets
* Go-to Market: Preparation of commercial material and Management for the roll-out of In-store Solution features, peripherals and related projects.

Main duties and responsibilities

Product Management:
* Establish and maintain an efficient product development process by identifying key merchant needs, define and develop new products;
* Leverage & gather local best needs to develop and update In-store Product offering. Package them in a way they can become standard features of the product offer and roll them to all relevant markets. This could include regular visits to the markets for introduction and or working sessions with the local teams;
* Coordinate across teams to gather stakeholder insights and collaboration to support the end to end life-cycle of a product, from design to market roll out;

Go-to Market:
* Communication on new product/feature: Project manage and lead successful product launch by organizing and mobilizing the different business units within the company after pilot and POC.
* Build expertise on In-store Solutions and roll-outs.
* Track business KPIs and ongoing performance of the different products.

Reporting and collaboration

The holder of the position reports solid-line to the VP Merchant Engagement.

The holder of this position works closely with the Technical Product Tax Free Shopping Team, the Operations Team, the Technology Team, and Commercial teams in the Markets.

Key competencies

The holder of this position must have:
* Experience in an international organization.
* Product Managing in a service oriented business, preferably in a payment industry.
* Outstanding ability to create presentations. Knows how to create appealing marketing content and use innovative presentation tools in addition to be an advanced PowerPoint user.
* Interpersonal skills and good ability to communicate effectively across cultures, functions and a diverse customer audience.
* Fluent and assertive in spoken and written English (mother tongue preferred), other languages would be a plus: French, German, or Spanish.

Preferable skills and competencies

The holder of this position should have:
* 5 years experience in similar positions. Prior product management, business analyst and product management skills.
* Organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
* Effective time management skills and ability to focus and executing while meeting deadlines.

Global Blue guarantees a competitive and performance-related salary depending on your professional and personal qualifications. As required by Austrian federal law we hereby state, that the guaranteed legal annual Min. compensation according to the Austrian collective agreement amounts to 38.920,05 € however, the total compensation is a subject of individual agreement.
