Location: Lancaster, PA. As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you will provide timely, accurate and efficient routing and tracking of customer orders for the Architectural Specialties team. You also will become familiar with the Architectural Specialties products and provide support to the estimation team.

What you'll be doing:
* Responsible for AS Order inbox and initial customer experience
* Evaluate and route AS orders appropriately to Premium Order Specialist, Project Coordinator or Customer Focus Center for order processing
* Evaluate and follow up on all internal and external order inquiries
* Communicate with Operations Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure accurate dates on order log
* Ad hoc reporting and special project requests as needed
* Set up new custom projects in Newforma project management software
* Utilize One Quote to quote customer orders as needed
* Provide backup support and coverage to Sample Coordinator

What will make you successful:
* High school diploma
* 1+ years of related experience
* Strong computer skills with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize, complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve project goals
* Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to be flexible to adjust to changing priorities
* Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to exercise good judgment in handling and processing confidential information
* Ability to interact with all levels of management and external customers
* Willingness to embrace change and continually looking for opportunities to improve processes, functions and actions to maximize efficiency and customer value

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
