Country Sales Manager Job Summary

The Country Sales Manager is responsible for the success of Autodesk's business growth and expansion in Turkey & Israel, while overseeing all aspects of the business. The Country Sales Manager will need to be highly driven, with the ability to strategically expand the business.

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a country wide plan and vision, in line with the organization's strategy, that delivers transformational value to our customers and partners
* With a focus on Territory business, develop, lead, manage and orchestrate the Autodesk business, customers and partners in-country to drive expansion and growth
* Sales management and forecast accuracy - deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
* Build and strengthen the Autodesk brand and awareness in Country, representing all functions of the company
* Autodesk Ambassador - speak and represent Autodesk at events and conferences
* Establish and sustain long-term strategic relationships across the entire ecosystem (Customers, Partners, Government, Competitors, Interest/Focus Groups)
* Develop government relationships with the key stakeholders to influence and drive country initiatives
* Collaborate with other internal functions (not reporting into this job), to ensure successful execution of strategic sales and marketing programs.
* Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities.

Requirements:
* 10+ years' or more experience in sales management
* Engineering Bachelor degree from recognized institute an advantage
* Experience in the Architecture, Infrastructure, and Construction or Manufacturing field is preferred
* Fluent in English and the language of the country
* Self-starter and highly motivated
* Well organized and driven by success
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
* Ability to form relationships and influence
* Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel
